20 years in senior leadership positions taught Franziska, that it’s all about humans making it happen. As a coach, she supports human leaders to find belonging and fulfillment in the systems they operate in, evoke transformation to thrive, and shine in their professional and personal life.

Qualification

Franziska has spent her corporate career at Microsoft, Bertelsmann and Lycos, worked in the banking industry and built up start-up companies. As an experienced online and tech veteran, she has gained a deep and practical understanding of many leading roles in an organization (Management, Sales & Marketing, BizDev & Strategy). Franziska holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies from Westminster Business School, London, and is a Qualified Hotel Manager (Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg). Franziska has lived and worked in different countries and cultures. She has set up a European Women’s Network for Microsoft and is a founding member of the Women’s Network Germany for Rights to Play. Franziska is married and lives with her husband and 3 boys (and a dog) in Munich, Germany. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors is a passionate skier and Peloton addict, and loves reading bestsellers.

Franziska is an ICF-certified Business Executive Coach (PCC), as well as a Team Coach (ORSC™), and an experienced workshop designer and facilitator.

She started her own coaching praxis after her successful corporate career, focusing on Inclusive Leadership, Managing Change, and supporting Female Executives.

Franziska is a co-founder of Perspectives&Go, a Facilitation & Coaching Provider for Businesses bringing more belonging, authenticity and empathy into transforming corporations.

She is also a faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training & leadership development organization, training coaches virtually and in-room.

For Shine for Women, she coaches and facilitates workshops worldwide giving women the confidence and ability to thrive professionally and personally.
