Expertise

Marcus chosen career path has made him an authority in ‘leading without authority. He has encoded this in his own experiential learning lab www.smartinfluencer.me which has been completed by 550 alumni incl. senior managers from KPMG. Being the multi-year ‘change architect’ of a German energy provider, he is used to holding a safe space as a process facilitator bringing in other subject matter experts as well as delivering many learning formats himself. His signature group coaching style is radically honest and transpersonal and has been called “like Tony Robbins for corporates and with a British understatement”.
