Qualification
Mariano has a Master’s in Organisational Behaviour, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, and a Bachelor’s in Business. He is an Associate Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching, and holds certifications for various psychometric instruments including EQi, MBTI, and 360 Feedback (Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level B – British Psychological Society).

As a guest lecturer on Executive Coaching at Birkbeck College, University of London, Mariano has the skills to develop and coach CEOs, Partners, and Directors across sectors.
