Sabina Hampe

Düsseldorf/Neuss, Germany

Sabina has over 25 years of professional and managerial experience in various functions (strategy, communications, marketing) and industries (chemicals, consumer goods B2C & B2B, telecommunications, financial services); restructuring experience in both global operational and advisory roles. She is mentor and teaching coach at the Trigon Coaching Academy and works also for the eMBA Program of Kellogg/WHU. 




Sabina started her career in a management consultancy, then worked as CEO assistant in the Metro group and then 17 years for Henkel. She headed teams in national and international marketing and in corporate communications and was responsible with her team for the communication for all operational units. In this role she also trained the board members and executives in communication and supported the change process for Henkel`s acquisitions before she  focused on coaching, consulting and supervising change processes. She works with managers and international teams from different companies, industries and functions and also for Kellogg/WHU University.

She did the IESE-Management-Leadership Program in Barcelona and is certified in various psychometrics like 360, Hogan, MBTI, Birkman and Reflector Big 5, in Organizational Development and Wingwave. She is professional moderator and a real specialist in  Communication and Executive Presence. She has vast experience with international teams and different cultures (US, F, I, E).
