Simone Alz

Simone has been working in people and organisational development strategies globally for 20 years. Her experience spans from consulting with Accenture across industries to being a front line specialist with the United Nations. 




Simone’s expertise lies in organisational and leadership development, coupled with change management. She started her professional career as consultant forChange Management & Human Performance with Accenture, an international consulting company, where she worked with diverse clients across industries.Simone was Director of People & Organisational Development at Qimonda, a semiconductor manufacturing firm, leading an international team in multiple areas.  
Working for the UN in New York and Rome, Simone’s work included being a focal point for donor countries and UN. As a staff counsellor she also provided direct counselling support and crises intervention measures.

Simone graduated with a MA in psychology from Westfaelische-Wilhelms-Universitaet in Muenster, Germany. She is a qualified coach (CPCC).



Simone published her first book ‘The Golden View’ in 2014.
