Simone has been working in people and organizational development strategies globally for 20 years. Her experience spans from consulting with Accenture across industries to being a front-line specialist with the United Nations.
QUalification
Simone graduated with a MA in psychology from Westfaelische-Wilhelms-Universitaet in Muenster, Germany. She is a qualified coach (CPCC).
Expertise
Simone’s expertise lies in organizational and leadership development, coupled with change management. She started her professional career as a consultant for Change Management & Human Performance with Accenture, an international consulting company, where she worked with diverse clients across industries. Simone was Director of People & Organisational Development at Qimonda, a semiconductor manufacturing firm, leading an international team in multiple areas. Working for the UN in New York and Rome, Simone’s work included being a focal point for donor countries and the UN. As a staff counselor, she also provided direct counseling support and crisis intervention measures.
