Her focus and interest have always been Leadership Development, helping leaders to bring their leadership to perfection and shaping corporate cultures to authentic, agile, and mindful behavior. Qualification
Susanne holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Passau, Germany. She is a certified trainer and coach by different institutions in Europe and is also certified to apply psychometric instruments like MBTI, DISC, Interaction Styles, or Structogram. She is certified in family therapy. Susanne is certified to deliver programs like IS (Influencing Skills), BELS (Building Essentials Leadership Skills) and ILW (Inclusive Leadership Workshop), LiMO (Leading in a Matrix Organization), and PwIC (Presenting with Impact and Clarity).
Expertise
Susanne started working in the Learning and Development business with young leaders in the retail business with a focus on leadership, project management, communication and talent programs in 2003. Since 2007 she has been a preferred trainer for GE EMEA. Her specialties are personality development using different psychometric instruments, Leadership, and Communication. She has bees working with Senior Leaders and Middle Management passionately, getting the best out of the customers and their crew. Since finishing her family therapy education in 2018 she has been facilitating Open Workshops on an Executive Level for customers like Roche or the University of Munich.
