Thomas Saller

Thomas has been working on developing individuals, teams, and organizations for more than 16 years. Both in his role as trainer and coach and as a senior lecturer at various business schools, he has coached and trained more than 4000 middle and senior managers and future leaders from across the globe, among other countries in Oman, Israel, Russia, China, India, and the UK.

 

Qualification

Thomas holds a degree in Psychology (Master of Science) with a minor in Business Administration (BA), specializing in organizational and work psychology, and studied at the University of Mannheim and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He also holds an Executive MBA (with distinction) from Durham Business School (UK). Among many other qualifications, Thomas is a DBVC-certified systemic coach and consultant (ISB).

 

Expertise

After 5 years in HR management in FMCG and 3 years in a leadership function in HR Consulting (Procter & Gamble, and Kienbaum Management Consultants), Thomas moved in 2010 into a hybrid function of teaching postgraduates and MBA students at various Business schools, facilitating management workshops and training and coaching (future) leaders in companies. He is regularly running leadership and change management workshops at Tongji University, EBS Universität, and the University of Surrey. Thomas is about to publish his 5th book (“Recruiting, motivating and retaining IT experts”) after 4 successful book publishings in Leadership, Consulting, and Organization Development.
